It was so fun to be with them, and relax a bit. We had not been to Silver Dollar City for over twenty years, and it was so fun to be there again. The play was GREAT! It was a great season, in spite of a change in the directors. Parker has had so much fun with his friends in band, and they did well with their competitions. Every Saturday for five weeks, they competed. This year the band traveled to Broken Arrow, OK and St. Louis, Missouri. They also had some competitions in the greater Kanas City area. Brian and I have LOVED watching our boy. Both of us were in marching band when we were in high school, and some of our favorite memories come from our times with great friends. We are so proud of Parker and look forward to two more years of these great experiences. We have loved getting to know more of the band parents.
